 I moved to Las Vegas in 2010, and I have been calling this crazy town home. I love it here so far, and that it is such a diverse city! I can drive to the Strip and eat dinner at a world-class restaurant, I can go hiking right outside of the city, and I can go snowboarding at Mt. Charleston, just 40 min from the city (yes and it gets real snow!).My styleI don’t believe in awkward, stiff posing. That brings back terrible memories of my Olan Mills school portraits, including the terrible neon laser light backdrop. Instead, I like to photograph outside the traditional portrait studio and shoot on location. Modern photography is all about making the couple feel comfortable in front of the camera and capturing the emotion of couples, the love, and the sparkle in people’s eyes. That is what I strive for–the genuine, real emotion.
